Elizabeth Furnace

Town historians will no doubt be familiar with Elizabeth Furnace, the iron foundry built in 1827, that was located in Woodbury before being disassembled and moved to Bloomfield. I just came across the following in History of Bedford, Somerset and Fulton Counties, published in 1884:

(excerpted from the biography of Col. James Madara)

...Wishart afterward moved to Elizabeth Furnace, or, as it is now known, " Woodbury,"...

Although it was quite common for locales to be named for a foundry (or mill, etc.), to my recollection this is the first I've heard of our town actually being called by that name. Has anyone else heard of this?

The next logical question would be, if Woodbury was in fact previously known as "Elizabeth Furnace", when did it become known as "Woodbury"? Can we assume that it was some time after the furnace was moved (IIRC, c. 1842)?
