Added "Bicentennial Block Party" article and photos.

Raymond--Loved the photos of the Block Party. Especially the ones of the pie eating contests and sack races. Dean Snyder looked like he was having a lot of fun.

Where are you in your 5th grade class photo?

That block party was really neat, we should have another one. Dean does look like he's having fun.

Must have been sick the day they took that photo. I dug it up a couple of years ago but never really looked at it closely. I only just recently rediscovered that I'm not in it.
